چکیده
The main objective of this work was to study the physicochemical and catalytic properties bimetallic supported catalysts [1%M-Fe/Al2O3-Cr2O3 (2:1) (M = Ru, Au, Pt, Pd)] in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis. Furthermore, investigated effect noble metal addition iron-supported on their reactivity. were studied using a range characterization techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), temperature-programmed reduction (TPR-H2), desorption ammonia (TPD-NH3) BET (Brunauer – Emmett - Teller method). activity tests performed by synthesis high-pressure fixed-bed reactor gas mixture H2 CO with molar ratio 1:1. correlation between performance hydrogenation also investigated. reactivity results showed that most active system exhibited high specific surface area, highest total acidity reducible catalyst compared other tested. In addition, AuFe selectivity towards liquid product formation during hydrogenation.

Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis on Bimetallic Ruthenium-Gold Catalysts
The effect of Au in the behavior of Ru as a Fischer-Tropsch catalyst was studied. Two series of catalysts were investigated, one supported on Si02 and the other on MgO. Au did not seem to alter the product distribution on Ru at pressures up to 1 MPa and in the temperature range 490-570 K. However, the turnover frequencies for both CO hydrogenation and methanation showed a precipitous drop with ...

متن کاملSelective synthesis ofa-olefins on Fe-Zn Fischer-Tropsch catalysts
Fe/Zn oxides promoted with K and Cu selectively produce a-olefins at typical FischerTropsch synthesis conditions (2/1 H2/CO, 1 MPa, and 270°C). The simultaneous presence of K and Cu introduces a synergistic activity enhancement while maintaining the high oletrm selectivity obtained by alkali promotion. Structural and morphological differences in Fe-Zn oxides prepared from ammonium glycolate com...

Fischer-tropsch catalysts with high activity and selectivity for olefins were produced using mordenite type SiO2/Al2O3= 12, 20, 28, 62 zeolite supported iron carbonyl compounds and were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction. The adsorptionof volatile Fe(CO)5 on the support surface was carried out under vacuum at room temperature. Reduction les...
